Hannay ELF1500 Series Hose Reels

To handle 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" I.D. hose
Applications: Rescue, Fire
• Compact design.
• Chain and sprocket drive powered by electric gear motor.
• Standard inlet: 90° swivel joint with 1/2" female NPT threads.
• Standard Outlet: 1/2" female NPT thread.
• Stainless steel internals are required for breathing air applications.
• Other sizes/threads can be furnished and must be specified.
• ELF1500 reels pressure to 3000 psi (207 bar).
• ELFL1500 reels pressure to 3000 psi (207 bar) and use SST internals for breathing air.
• ELFH1500 reels pressure to 6000 psi (414 bar) and use SST internals for high-pressure breathing air.
• Temperatures from +20°F to +400°F (-7°C to +204°C).
2. Upon request, reels can be supplied with drum lengths other than shown.
3. 12v and 24v DC rewind reels supplied with switch and circuit breaker.
4. Model Designations: ELF = Utility Air Applications; ELFL = Low-Pressure Breathing Air Applications; ELFH = High-Pressure Breathing Air Cascade Systems.
5. Be sure to check dimensions and weights prior to ordering.
Note: A flexible connector must be used between the inlet pipe and the inlet swivel joint.
